A lovely place to stay, albeit the noise from the road/sea and an inconsiderate people in the adjoining room having the TV on till gone 1am! The communal areas are lovely, the breakfast room tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a very long time. As above, the only issues were the noise, half or which was out of the owners control and we didn't want to make a fuss at 1am in the morning! I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We were welcomed by Beth who was friendly and helpful then and throughout the stay. The room was clean and airy despite the hot weather and had everything we needed; the added extra we didn't expect was a huge jacuzzi bath! The wi-fi and smart tv were good. We ate both nights in the restaurant; the food was very good. Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful with lots of choice and the hot food was cooked to order. The hotel itself is well situated on the quieter side of Llandudno, directly facing the beach which is just across the road. Parking is on the road and depending what time of year and day, available right outside, either way, when busy, spots can be found yards away on side roads.

The first stop of our trip to North Wales. The hotel / bar was very busy when we arrived with a couple of different functions on, as well as people out enjoying the sunny afternoon. Despite this, we were quickly shown to our room, which was beautifully furnished with plenty of room. Our room was quiet and once inside had no noise whatsoever from other guests. A great location, being directly opposite the beach, and with plenty of free on street parking. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Would definitly recommend.

Herziges, kleines, neu renoviertes Hotel auf der ruhigen Seite von Llandudno am Strand. Im angegliederten, pubmässigen Restaurant kann man draussen essen und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Unser Zimmer hatte Meerblick und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Genügend Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

We stayed for 1 night in a well equipped superior room. Overall hotel is very good, with a lot of refurbishment having been done and some still in hand over the winter. Great breakfast and although we did not eat an evening meal, the menu looked good. Excellent location on the quieter western shore. Would definitely consider staying again.
