Det var trasigt fönstret som man kunde inte lösa den och det var trasigt toalett locket och framför allt var den väldigt dåligt wifi trots det stod att det ska finnas wifi i rummet. När man frågade personalen fick man till svar att man kan gå ut och köpa simkort. Väldigt erbjudande.

I never leave a bad review. As I physically disabled person I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. No elevator, only stairs. No help from the staff to get the bags up the stairs. I ended up having to book another hotel within the hour because this was not what I wanted nor was expecting to pay for, especially for the price. No refund either nor help due to the staff being uncooperative. Very poor conditions, smelled bad, screaming heard all night and it literally felt like a homeless shelter.

Fabulous location- Brilliant view.

Clean and comfortable stay. Peaceful nights in a quiet area on the beachfront. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a couple of 7/11 shops. All in all a fabulous stay.

Väldigt fint läge med stranden precis utanför men rummet var lite halv tråkigt. Vattnet slutade fungera efter 5 minuter, men de var ganska snabba på att åtgärda det.

They are in the process of upgrading rooms so our room did not have a wardrobe or safe. While we were there they installed a shelf in the bathroom. We were on the forth floor and had a balcony/patio with a nice view of the beach. We would stay there again.

Not recommended

Hard beds, room located at bottom floor next to laundry, no view whatsoever from room. Safetybox not attached to wall, just to carry away if you wanted to. Overall not something I could recommend. We changed accommodation to Bird Beach House where we were very satisfied with our stay...

Can't say anything nice. Except the location, but not worth all the lack of basic comfort. It's way overpriced for what you get. Should be 25% of the room rates.

If you care for your life, don't book this hellhole.. everything was falling apart, awfule smell and everything dirty, even bed sheets. And ofcourse, cockroach a size of a men's hand..no jocking..we didn't stay there, we check out in the middle of the night to find somewhere to sleep

Pleasantly surprised

Compared to other more expensive accommodations I was impressed with the room and it's location. On the second night I was bit by bed bugs and when I complained I was immediately offered another room. And within minutes they started the fumigation process. Needless to say they take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. If you want to travel on a budget and somehow still get your moneys worth I would recommend this hotel in Kamala beach.

Gute Lage mit hörbarem Nachtleben

Das Hotel liegt angenehm nahe am Strand, allerdings sind auch Nacht-Bars in der Nähe, welche bis lange in die Nacht laute Musik ertönen lassen. Tagsüber hatte ich eine Baustelle im Hotel und es hämmerte und bohrte durchgehend. Vielleicht nur Pech, aber an sich störend, wenn man nicht mal tagsüber seine Ruhe findet. Im goßen und ganzen jedoch empfehlenswert, wenn man mit Lärm ein bisschen umgehen kann ...

Room is severely outdated. None that i was shown match the pictures online. To get an upgrade to a decent clean-ish room, was told i would have an extra 900 baht a night. Mattress is rock solid and covered in plastic, making it incredibly uncomfortable. Also was chasing and catching cockroaches each night, handing them to staff to be told ‘i will get you a new glass’. This was all done by google translate as no staff spoke a word of English It was my second time in Kamala, and highly doubt i will be returning

Do not book this property. It is infested with cockroaches and you will not get a refund. Expedia is to blame because they see the bad reviews but still keep this accommodation on their website. It’s not a hotel and it most definitely is not a hotel. It’s rooms on the beach that are in a very bad state of disrepair. Kamala beach is beautiful and the accommodation is in the best area of Kamala beach. But probably the worst accommodation in Thailand. Staff we absolutely lovely and helpful. This is a very honest review.
