The moment we walked into the lobby, we weren’t exactly hit with a five-star vibe – more like ‘three-star and trying its best!’ The furniture and stairs looked like they’d seen better days, and we definitely scratched our heads for a second. The rooms were decent, but let’s just say they weren’t winning any luxury awards. On the bright side, the staff was fantastic – super friendly and eager to help, which definitely helped polish things up!

The good: decent size rooms and bathroom for European standards. Staff really friendly and helpful. The bad : no way it is a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 at most. It was quite disappointing in that sense. Old furniture, lose toilet cover, clogged drain in the shower, old fixtures.

It is walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. It is in a beautiful location. The breakfast was one of the best in Rome! You will definitely see us again when we are back and Rome!
