Everything went great, except I forgot a bag there and after three calls to try to retrieve it, I got the feeling that they don’t really care about finding out what happened to the bag I accidentally left there. I suspect the housekeeping staff took it home and helped themselves to the food and alcohol in the bag. I’ll probably never find out. Very disappointing after a nice stay.

Staff was great, sadly no breakfast but the water was great. The hotel is a little old and it shows age in the rooms and the beds aren't the most comfortable but they were clean. Loved the stay and I would stay again for sure.

The villa that I booked was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to assist me with all my needs and questions. I will be making this my go to place when I am in Hot Springs.

The staff was friendly just not very helpful as no one is available after I guess after 10 or 11 at night. Keys stopped working when we got back in from an outing, but no one was at the desk to help. The room was what looked like was in a deserted area. There was no one else staying in that area and it was very dark and kind of scary in the walkway. It was a 2 bedroom condo. All the televisions in the condo were not working and one of the toilets kept running off and on all night. I did leave my comments with the lady who checked me out the next morning and she said she would pass my concerns along to management, but I have not heard from anyone. I left the next morning way before check out time simply because I was kind of scared to stay by myself as a friend of mines had to leave very early the next day. The hotel needs work, but it is in a great area in Hot Springs with a great view of the lake. I was disappointed in my stay as it used to be a nice place to stay. I probably will not go back to stay.
