Disappointing experience overall.
The hotel has limited check-in hours but claims late arrivals are possible with an access code. However, they never answered our calls or messages in advance, so we couldn’t arrange it.
We had to change our plans completely and rush across Madrid, taking three taxis just to arrive before check-in closed. Then we had to go back out and return later—crossing the city three times unnecessarily, which was both stressful and expensive.
At reception, the staff just shrugged and said it wasn’t their responsibility but the manager’s, who was not available. Not helpful at all.
The room was also very noisy, with glass walls and blinds instead of proper walls, so you could hear everything.
Would not recommend.
