Clean and comfortable place to stay

A comfortable apartment provide everything you need just like in your home. The apartment address was not the address Hotel.com provided. The owner has another apartment in Avotu street 11, it is about 500m farther away. It spent more time to the old town. Luckily the owner drive us to the bus station. She is a nice person.

Rauhallinen sijainti tässä talossa Avotu iela 11, ei hotellin päätalo, ei jatkuvaa vastaanottoa. Vuode oli hyvä vaikka jollekulle ehkä vähän kova. Täysin varustettu asunto pyykkikonetta myöten. Oikein hyvä lapsiperheille. Porraskäytävä rähjäinen, suuri kontrasti tyylikkäästi remontoituun asuntoon. Lukossa ja varmuuslukossa useita pyöräytyksiä, kannattaa kysyä, miten toimii.

The property is located in a great location which is walkable to old part of Riga, transit station, restaurants, and shops. The hostess is very nice, accomodating, and responds very quickly to inquiries. We had an amazing time and would recommend this as place to stay to friends. We plan to come back again.

Sehr gut ausgestattetesd und großes Apartment. Einfache, aber zweckmäßige Möbilierung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber! Zu erwähnen ist auch die gute Lage in der Neustadt (Centrs) in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten zu errreichen. Alles in allem eine gute und zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Übrigens: Vom Äußeren Zustand des Anwesens soll man sich in keinem Falle abschrecken lassen. Innen ist das in einem Hinterhof gelegene Gebäude bestens renoviert und in einem guten Zustand.

床糟透了

床變形非常嚴重，完全塌陷扭曲，根本無法睡，住3晚都沒睡好只想趕快離開，房子有點老舊，裡面有股霉味，不過打掃的蠻乾淨。 洗衣機也有點老舊只剩下一個模式的洗淨功能，其他都壞了。 第二天要出門大門莫名奇妙被鎖死無法開啟，可能因為門老舊被卡死，最後只好請房東來處理，但住的很不放心，因為隔天要趕巴士很怕鎖又卡死。 整體來說地點不錯離老城區跟車站大約走路10分鐘能到，廚房應有盡有，但是床太糟了，不推薦這間公寓。

Just What we Needed

The apartment was in a great location and Anastasia provided amazing service throughout! Would definitely stay again. The only problem we had was we had no hot water on day 3 or 4 which affected the whole apartment block :( Like I said, Anastasia was amazing, pick up and drop off at the airport and kept our luggage safe before we flew back home. This is a very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. It's conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions and train station. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Die eigentlich Wohnung war sehr schön und super sauber! Das Haus Bzw. Treppenhaus hat uns beim ersten eintreten so sehr abgeschreckt, dass wir erst nicht weitergehen wollten. Augen zu und durch. Die eigentliche Wohnung ist halt wirklich modern eingericher und sauber.

Ren og Ok lelighet i utkanten av gamlebyen

Leiligheten var stor og grei med et soverom, stue med stor sofa , eget kjøkken med mye utstyr og stort kjøleskap .Gode madrasser ,godt og varmt vann i dusjen. Rolig strøk! En nærbutikk like rundt hjørnet og litt lenger nede i gaten et stort kjøpesenter ved jernbanestasjonen. Går en så et lite stykke til kommer en til buss stasjonen og de store markedshallene . Denne ser make ut som da jeg var der for 20 år siden. Inne og ute får man kjøpt mat, klær og diverse billig .Stedet er absolutt verdt et besøk . Fra leiligheten er det ca 15 min å gå til gamlebyen . Vertinnen hentet oss på flyplassen for 20 euro, veldig praktisk og hun virket meget hyggelig. Eneste minus var at det ikke var kaffetrakter og hårshampoo ellers har vi ikke noe negativt å bemerke , rent og Ok sted. Kunne vært litt nærmere gamlebyen. Men sentralt uannsett til det meste!

Met promptly when arrived at the apartment. Newly done, all amenities catered for. A 15 (easy) minute walk from the old town. If ever in Riga again would definitely stay here again 👍

Kjempe fin leilighet som ligger sentralt. Gåavstand til alt og matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet. Kjempe praktisk leilighet, ren og med god plass. Veldig hyggelig vert som mottok oss ved ankomst! Kommer absolutt tilbake

旧ロシア圏ではよくある話なのですが、予約した住所と実際にある場所が違います。 ただここの場合は、そんなに場所が違わなかったし、オーナーが良い人でしたのでそのまま予約を通しました。 部屋は写真の部屋よりもむしろ良かったです。 スーパーは近くにあるし買い物も観光も便利です。 清潔で、広さも十分すぎるくらいでした。キッチンも道具がそろっていて使いやすかったです。 オーナーさんが外に出て迎えに来てくれたので助かりました。
