Because the first point was their trustworthy staff, actually I left some valuable items and some cash money there and checked out after my trip I found that I left those , they contacted me and explained to me all the items and then delivered to my friend completely, I appreciate and admire such a nice persons , the second one was nice welcome, clean room and polite staff . I had one overnight stay at the hotel. Checkin was quick and the room allocated was very nice, spacious, comfortable and quiet. A eat an evening meal in the hotel cafe. The food was nice and reasonably priced. I had a relaxing sleep in the large comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with hot and cold options available. All of the staff I encountered during my brief stay were friendly and helpful. I would stay at the hotel again if I was passing through Izmir. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the waterfront. On my night of arrival I had to get a taxi from the bus station to the hotel approx £10. On the day of my department I had to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport approx £24.

It’s a wonderful property in the heart of Izmir City . It’s very near the tram and the areas around are easily walkable . We enjoyed our stay here . The staff were particularly very helpful in helping us adjust our room , especially Mr Anil The rooms could replace some of their bedding and towels as they appear to be over used and old . Overall , it’s a good stay for a short visit

This is barely a 3-star hotel and nowhere near 4-star standard. The gym/fitness area and pool were closed for refurbishment during my entire stay, despite being clearly advertised and pictured at the time of booking. These facilities were a key reason I chose this hotel and there was no prior notice. Reception said there was nothing they could do. The -2 floor, where the gym is located, remained accessible by lift with no proper warning signage. The area was dark and clearly not operational, yet still reachable by guests, which raises safety concerns. The air conditioning cannot be properly controlled. It was fixed on heating mode and could not be switched to cooling. The room became uncomfortably warm at night and the only option was to sleep with the windows open. Wi-Fi was unreliable and stopped working completely on Saturday. Reception again said nothing could be done. We checked out Sunday morning and it was still down. There is also a demolition site directly in front of the hotel. On Friday at 2am, excavators were loading rubble into trucks. Overall, this does not reflect a 4-star hotel, especially given the inaccurate advertising of amenities.
