This property did not have proper towels for drying off. The floors and sheets were stained even when they did clean. The toilet area was always leaking. The bed was hard as a rock and the staff would leave my window open sometimes and the weather was cold outside. I also had to give them my room key every time I left my room which was weird.

it's good for its price, is two things I didn't like it much, one of them is some rooms have the smell of cigarette and I requested room change and the other one was the doors on the washroom are glass doors and not very dark glass and you can see what the person in the washroom is doing. not much privacy.

It is definitely a love motel with hourly rates listed on a sign at the counter. They give you small hand towels to use for drying after your shower. The woman working the front desk was as helpful as the hotel's policies allowed her to be. Very dark room. The toilet was in a space separated from the shower and sink forcing you to walk out into the room and to cross over to the sink/shower room to wash your hands.

Good location, near metro and big shopping malls. Big rooms. The woman at the front desk is so kind and helpful! I asked a scale to weight my luggages, they didn’t have one but they provided a scale before my check out. It was a bit hard to communicate but we figured it out. The men at the front desk can be more friendly. Other than that, this hotel is okay if you look for a place just for staying. We usually don’t use hotel’s services so that’s a good price/performance hotel for us.

Leaders is a convenient hotel for people who need a cheap room close to the city center. Subway 1 and 5 are nearby. Plenty of simple Korean dining options nearby. They have a system I had to understand - when you leave the room you should let the key a the reception and they give you a ghost key to exchange for the key when you are back. Room has all facilities - big screen you can use with your computer if you took HDMI cable.

Just to be faire one wome attendant was very nice. The others on check in wasnt so friendly as she. The bath was so dirty , the first room had a very strong smoke smell, the rooms are so dark.. i do not recomend neither stay there again.

It was an ok stay. Price is reasonable and location is what I needed that’s why I chose Hotel Leaders for my 5 nights stay. The toilet was not scrubbed well to remove stains. Worst is there were open packs of condoms and thick dust behind the lamp shade table. I was looking for my stuff that’s why I pulled the table away from the corner. But good thing I didn’t expect much from the hotel as it only has 6 for review rating. But I hope the hotel will exert a little more effort on cleanliness.

The hotel location is great it is just a short walk to the metro, shopping, and street eateries are around the vicinity. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However, condition of the hotel puts me off - it is very old, I had to change the room due to a broken and smelly fridge. the room sandals are uncomfortable, what i did not expect was there was no shower cap provided. bathroom has no shower curtain to stop wetting the floor. if i ever go back reason is the location and the airport bus to the airport is around the corner. I am grateful to the helpful lady staff though.

Overall good but cleaning can improve

The hotel is close to Seoul downtown and at a walkable distance to 2 metro stations. The room has good space and the bed was confortable. It was not completely clean however let me explain this point: I arrived at Seoul at 1pm and the cleaning time was from 5pm-6pm, since i was tired of the trip, i requested the room with an extra of 20.000 wons but once on the room there was hair on the floor and the shower was not clean. I understand the room needed time to be ready but i paid extra to enter so there should be either one ready or some fast cleaning before i got in. Finally the day receptionist was always nice and willing to help.

Smells like crap

This hotel reeks of sewer smell that gave me a headache. bathroom drain has no p-trap so the rooms are full of sewer gas. Every room is different with different decor, looks very different than photos. Unfortunately I booked 5 nights and was non refundable. I asked hotel.com if I could cancel, hotel.com said it's up to the hotel to decide. Then I spoke to the hotel, and hotel says it's up to Hotel.com to decide. Both sides are playing pingpong. Been using hotel.com for more than a decade and this was the worst experience dealing with customer service playing pingpong avoiding responsibility. Lesson learned: this hotel sucks and hotel.com also suck.

モーテルです。入り口に19禁の入館制限もありました。 冷蔵庫が付いてますが通電しておらず使用できませんでした。全体的に古く清掃は行き届いていませんでした。 宿泊初日からトイレットペーパーの残留少なく予備もなくフロントへ受け取りに行かなければいけませんでした。スタッフの方は親切でしたが宿泊設備は不満足でした。
