The staff were all lovely. Only negative is the noise. Rooms all surround the pool as in steps away from it and late into the night there was loud laughing and merrymaking. No sleep for sober guests until early morning. It is an ideal spot away from the crowd but within 3 minutes of walking to/from the harbour and said crowd.

Amazing stay at bale sasak

Amazing combination traditional and modern constructions, garden green with the waterfall and fish, pool is beautiful, and the most amazing is friendly staff, they were do their best to make the guest happy, and also they so funny . Thank you guys

Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue neither aircon nor fan was working. All night long we heard mice running and scratching the ceiling between the first and secind floor. Wooden floors broken and a real hazard if you step in. see pictures. Dirty dusty never cleaned floors, spiderwebs. broken not closing doors, 2 TV's but non of it working. Leaking sink so thatvthe bathroom floor was flooding. Absolute unsafe and dangerous condition of the room. Do not stay here! Especially with children.

You get what you paid for. Overall was okay- location is good, friendly staff and accommodating, however, the room was spacious but the toilet is very old, sometimes water is off when they use it downstairs. Breakfast is basic but cannot complain for the price paid.
