A parte não tão boa, banheiro pequeno, espaço em que fica o vaso sanitário bem apertado, faltam ganchos no banheiro (estavam quebrados) quarto sem janela e sem ventilaçao natural.Porta do banheiro barulhenta( nao custava passar um.oleo).
