The staff were very nice, but housekeeping woke me up one morning with a loud knock at my door. The housekeeper didn't seem to understand the sign on the door, as her English was limited. After explaining via hand gestures, she apologized, and it didn't happen again.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the sink, brown splatters on the wall around the toilet, and the shower floor was grimy. I checked in late, and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I cleaned to an acceptable level with hot water and a washcloth.
Probably the worst part was the noise from outside the room, especially a loud intermittent beep coming from the hallway. I just left the TV on all night to mask the noises.
Otherwise, the room was decent and comfortable, with everything I needed. I would have preferred a coffee maker in the room versus the free vending machines in the lobby, but the free breakfast made up for that in my opinion.
