Ash Mill Bed and Breakfast was clean and was true to its 1790 era. We enjoyed the front porch rockers and living room space. We walked around the property and visited ponies, goats and a sheep. Breakfast was tasty and made to order. Our room was wonderful with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Air conditioning maintained a comfortable room temperature. Jeff, staff member, gave advice on where to go locally to see different sites and was a friendly staff member. We had a spectacular experience at this Bed and Breakfast.

The Ash Mill Farm Inn was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Jeff, the caretaker was so friendly and so accommodating. The place was clean. Everything was fresh. This was probably the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything was made to order. It was so convenient and close to everything. We even loved feeding the animals. It was wonderful staying in a place that was built in 1790 with modern amenities mixed with ancient culture. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Tina was a wonderful hostess! She met us upon arrival and greeted us, asking (and remembering) each persons name. She had made cookies just before we arrived. Tina showed us around and gave us a good orientation. The next morning, an array of fruit, sweets and coffee awaited us followed by a beautifully prepared and delicious breakfast! The house and grounds were lovely! We loved seeing the rescue animals in their paddock. 100% positive experience!

Rather than stay at a franchise hotel we like to seek out quaint options. Ash Mill was a breath of fresh air. Literally. We seated in Sheperd’s Cottage but there are other options at this farm style location. Our room was clean and comfortable and the innkeeper very personable and eager to please. Sitting in rocking chairs on the main house porch was peaceful after spending time in nearby Doylestown. The breakfast provided was made to order and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed in a cottage that is spacious. Had refrigerator and TV but could have used a microwave. Grounds are lovely to walk and the place was close to parks, restaurants and places of interest.

Very nice place, and the innkeeper was very helpful. We stayed in the suite. The room could benefit from simple things. Hooks in the bathroom, a curtain dividing the room, another power strip, and brings that can close above the A/C unit without blocking it. Other than that a nice location in a nice area, and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals.

I had a great stay at Ash Mill Farm. The house where I stayed (there were several building's with accommodations) was warm and full of character. I especially loved the porch with rocking chairs where my friends and I hung out and visited with over guests well into the night. The property is lovely with sweeping green lawns. We did not use the fire pit but that would be fun for a group Loved feeding the goats, horses and sheep!
