Sadly I did not have the best experience whilst staying here.
Firstly there was very loud party music being played late at night in the garden beneath my room window despite there being no one there.
I tried to call reception to ask them what time it would be switched off but my room phone wasn’t working. I then left a message on my booking page, no response. I then found the hotel number to ring from my mobile but the website stated they were closed so I wasn’t sure I would get a response. Someone thankfully did answer, I told them about the music and they said they would switch it off, which they did. I do think the staff forgot to switch it off and had I not called it would have continued right through the night!
Shower did not drain so I needed to keep switching it off to allow draining to avoid floods.
I tried to make a cup of tea but the milk in the fridge was 3 days out of date so I couldn’t use that.
Overall not the best stay! :(
