Received a text stating that access codes for the property would be provided shortly after 14:00 for check in at 15:00. Phoned at 14:30 and left message. Left 2 subsequent messages with no call back or codes. Emailed at 15:20 having still not received access codes or a call back stating that if codes were not received by 15:30 I would be expecting a refund. At 15:30 left to find another hotel and just as we were about to check in there, the text with codes arrived with an email and a very incincere apology, blaming the problem on a system error. Went back to the property, by this time very cold and entered. The property itself was OK, but it was cold and took a long time to warm up, which was not at all welcoming. Delays enering meant that we missed the limited opportunity to enjoy the nice views.
