服務好 房間又漂亮又大又乾淨 隔音也很好 泡湯的地方風景很漂亮 吃早餐的地方風景也很美 都是湖景 陽台還有木桶可以泡澡 但比較赤裸一點 雖然地點偏僻一點 但住起來非常舒服

객실이 매우 청결하고 전망도 좋습니다. 온천대역장도 규모는 작지만 노천탕과 실내탕이 붙어있어 이용도 편하고 전망도 좋습니다. 레스토랑,복도등 인테리어도 독특한 개성이 있어 좋습니다.저녁식사를 사전에 예약해야 하는 불편이 있지만,예약 확정하면 사전에 예약하는 것을 강력히 추천합니다.토야호수 인근에 식사를 할 만한 곳이 많지 않고 규모가 작아 빨리 마감되거나 웨이팅이 필요합니다. 아동을 동반한 가족보다는 커플 여행에 좋습니다

고요한 we hotel에서 잘 쉬고 잘먹고 왔습니다. 눈이 많이 오고 인프라가 적은 곳이어서 걱정이 조금 있있었는데 친절한 직원분들과 깨끗한 객실에서 맘 놓고 잘 쉬었어요. 특히 조식과 석식시간이 아주 편안하게 제찰 식재료로 식사할수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 3일동안의 저녁식사를 하는동안 메뉴가 겹치지 않게 신경써주신 부분도 너무 감사했어요! (우엉스프가 너무 맛있어서 또 생각납니다^^) 다음에 따듯한때 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But the nearby restaurants made up for that (when they were open)

Although the hotel is above an isolated small local town, the walking areas around the lake are gorgeous and peaceful. The staff members are so very considerate to shuttle and pick up anywhere and anytime. They refer to you by name which makes one feel so cared for and appreciated. I consider this as very close to being one of my best hotel experiences.
