The divan was to big for the mattress, no bath towel or milk in the room, it hadn't even been hoovered. I went down to the bar to ask for some milk and a towel I got the towel but was told they have any milk, luckily there was a shop near by, for the price i paid i expected better

The bathroom shower head had rust on it. There was timescale on the shower basin. The shower screen has soap scum reminiants. Only 1 bath towel and face towel for a 2 night stay for 2 people. The pictures showed toiletries. There were none. The soap dispenser had been watered down. The young girl who appeared to be doing everything went to the shop to buy us a fresh hand soap. The bedding was all creased up and had not been ironed and the pillowcase covers had come away at the stitching. A little bit of extra attention and care and I would have given a much better rating.

6/10 Buena

Good points - v friendly owner - very welcoming Shower nice and powerful Bad points - obviously over a pub you expect some noise but incredibly loud until midnight then very loud conversation just below until 4AM. Decor worn and some bits could definitely have been cleaner. Sheet was ripped. Mattress was too small for bed base so you knocked shins on bed base when squeezing around the bed The room was not much larger than the bed, there was a desk but no room for a chair. Only 2 thin pillows provided for the double bed. Brown bedding didn’t do it any favours ☹️. I think a lick of paint and some light colourful bedding /curtains would make a huge difference to cheer it up and a couple of extra pillows. Sound proofing would be a huge bonus!
