El servicio muy variable. Gente muy dedicada a la hospitalidad, pero habia otros que su actitud era FATAL

Nice modernised hotel. Relatively small, but really well located at the top of the old town, overlooking a relatively busy junction so on a weekend/busy week night it is slightly loud, not overbearing but sound does leak into the rooms. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was modern, clean and big enough.

The room was very good, large and bright however the breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast is taken outside and is a set menu. While it is adequate it does not reflect the standard of the accommodation.

Had a late check in 11.30pm, 24hr reception was very helpful. 8 minutes in taxi from the airport. We even had a late dinner downstairs. Very close to walking of everything - shops, restaurants and easy access in n out. Free parking across the street of hotel. Breakfast was preorder with a wide selection, coffee- Yum! We will return!

Location, staff and service. Amazing hotel, cozy and great place near by everything but still quiet to relax.
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

The rooms and hotel were nice and very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We just had a couple of negatives which knocked it down from an ‘excellent’ review. Our daughter and her friend got locked out of the hotel at 1am as the hotel front door shut and the member of staff wasn’t there so my husband had to go down and get them let in (main issue), we tripped the electrics in our room (room 203) with the hotel provided iron, the shower was a bit of a slip hazard (needs an anti slip mat) and the kettle had a leak in the bottom.
