O café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado e sortido. Tivemos problema na massagem; havia agendado e a recepção esqueceu de avisar à massagista, o que acabou nos frustrando. Havia disponível um café da tarde que, segundo a recepção, seria servido das 17h às 19h. Ocorre que você tinha que chegar antes, pois, depois das 17h20, não tinha mais nada, o que nos frustrou mais ainda, pois no primeiro dia foi dito que às 18h seria reposto, o que não aconteceu, e só na segunda vez que nos foi informado que eles não reporiam a comida. O que nos deixou desapontados mesmo foi o fato de que foi oferecido pelo atendente do local um ovo frito para uma amiga que estava conosco, mas que, por um problema pessoal, acabou atrasando para o café da tarde. A cozinha disse que não iria fazer, pois poderia faltar no outro dia. Tirando esses infortúnios, gostamos do ambiente e das opções disponibilizadas aos hóspedes (o que pode nos fazer querer voltar a nos hospedar), mas essas falhas realmente deixaram a desejar para a experiência ser mais proveitosa.

No geral a estadia foi boa. O quarto estava bem limpo,chegamos e tinha um bilhete de boas vindas assinado pelos funcionários com cupcake temático,água de cortesia e um voucher de massagem cortesia. Piscina infantil e adulta muito boa. Play infantil coberto e parquinho aberto também. Café da manhã excelente e uma coisa que nunca vi em nenhum hotel que me hospedei: Café da tarde muito gostoso, achei uma gentileza da parte do hotel ter esse café. Alguns hóspedes estavam falando alto na recepção(após 23 horas), solicitei a recepção e eles prontamente resolveram a situação. Ponto negativo: senti falta de sensibilidade da equipe em 2 ocasiões. 1- estavamos em 3 pessoas (casal e bebe de 2 anos) esqueceram de deixar as toalhas após a limpeza do quarto e quando solicitei 3 toalhas o recepcionistas disse que só iria dar 2 toalhas,ou seja o bebe ficou sem toalha. 2- A limpeza do nosso apartamento sempre ficava por último pq as camareiras vinha do ultimo chalé subindo e o nosso quarto era o 1 e ficava por último. Solicitei na recepção que fizesse a limpeza no horário entre 12 e 14 horas pois estavamos com bebê que tem por hábito dormir após o almoço e não tive minha solicitação atendida, entendo que a limpeza das acomodações é feita por oredem mas faltou sensibilidade da equi em atender uma necessidade do hóspede que estava com bebê. Acabamos ficando sem limpeza no ultimo dia da estadia. No geral foi 9/10 Ponto negativo:
