The 8 bed dorm was on the 2nd floor is accessed via stairs. Each bunk had privacy curtains, electrical sockets, a sheet for a blanket, a medium mattress and came with a locker. The locker was big enough to hold a backpack and my trolley case. The hotel even provided a padlock for the locker. The bathroom was private and in the dorm. It's a typical Vietnamese combined toilet/shower. There was a scraper to wipe the water away after a shower. Hot water is available via an immersion heater. That worked well and the water pressure was good. Shampoo satchels were provided, but I didn't see any soap. Breakfast was included in the price and the options were incredible for the price. The menu consisted of classic versions of Banh Mi and noodle dishes of Vietnam. Overall I had an amazing stay. The staff are awesome, hospitable and incredibly helpful. The WiFi worked well and was fast. The hotel is located right in the heat of Hue walking street and the main tourist hangout area. The cleaner comes into the dorm multiple times per day to clean, while the property is is and well maintained. The hotel was great value for money.

Really nice new hostel

The hostel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good too. The staff were also super helpful. It is a very quiet hostel so not the place to go if trying to meet people.
