Very clean room, lots of extra bonuses that came with the room (wine glasses, bottle openers, nice shampoos, great view of the lake, large open spaces). Felt like a pampered experience. Great large shower with two showerheads. Would go again.

There was a bar/restaurant downstairs but since we were trying to isolate prior to my husband's transplant next week, we didn't go there. The view of Lake Superior and access to the beach area was great. The only staff person we interacted with was by text/email (because of our desire to isolate). Response times were very good.

Unique, beautiful room on lakefront. First rate. We got room for very reasonable price in off season. Location is on a busy road, but noise was not terrible. Room #5 Captains Quarters could have used another chair (1 chair for 2 guests). Staff was very helpful. Cafe downstairs is convenient for a quick lunch and has beautiful views of lake.
