I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and caused significant inconvenience.
We arrived at midnight around 2:00am and found that only one receptionist was on duty to handle check-ins. Despite having booked and paid for a Premier Room with two single beds, the room was not reserved for us. The receptionist suggested downgrading our booking with complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this did not suit us as we had an early morning meeting and could not make use of the breakfast.
Instead, we were placed in a room with an extra bed and were asked to move again the next day. This arrangement caused us unnecessary disruption and inconvenience.
We had expected a smoother experience, especially given that our booking was confirmed and paid in advance. We hope the hotel will improve in ensuring room availability, better handling of late check-ins, and offering compensation that is truly practical for guests.
