it is an extremely inappropriate place to stay, the bathroom is dirty, it is not clean, it smells, it is very damp, it has cockroaches, Latina, it had remains of cereal, which I think the last guests threw away or the person who cleaned found it easy to throw them down the drain, as well as the smell of urine, when you are bathing because of the hot water that went down the drain of the tub, the disgusting smell came out as well as the owner is extremely unsafe. When evening falls in the parking lot gang members and drug addicts gather, there are some of those gang members staying at the hotel, one of them tried to rob me just because I went out to buy a bottle of water at the reception, when I went to my room this person came to me to ask me, it was noticeable that there was something in his sweatshirt that. He was wearing it so well that his face was covered, it is a very dangerous place, I do not recommend it, besides they ask you for $100 more when you register, which is for a security deposit, which they will give you when you leave, until now I have not received my refund, I hope they return it to me, because it would be the last straw that apart from the bad service and the thieves on the property I did not recover my money, it was the worst experience I have had from a place, I do not recommend it and much less for families.

There were roaches in the room. Pictures taken and reported to front desk staff, but nothing was done to accommodate the condition. Afraid the bugs could have made it into the luggage. The refrigerator was unplugged and not cold for our food to be stored and preserved during the day. The water pressure was terrible, only a stream came from the shower head. Roaches crawled out of the shower faucet. Asked for utensils but no spoons were available.

El peor lugar en donde me he quedado. No escojas este hotel por el precio porque vas a terminar pagando más cuando tengas que buscar otra opción. Estaba demasiado sucio, olía mal y no daba certera de que fuera un lugar seguro. El staff fue amable pero todo lo demás estuvo mal.

To start this was the WORST place looking outside it looks like you want to run. Very misleading from the pictures on your site. The first room they gave us had so many flies inside and the bedspread had mold spots on it the size of quarters. Then the second room was even worse. There was no hot water no matter how long we let it run, microwave was rust and peeling on the inside, stove had no knobs to eve use it, refrigerator didn’t get cold and the freezer was only as cold as the refrigerator should have been. Holes in the blankets, broken furniture, and TV never worked, phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. Walked down there and was told that the TV and phone would work after 10 mins which never happened and that he would call me on the phone that didn’t work to see if it was working yet. Was told to talk to the manager in the morning. That next morning got to speak to the manager who apologized then said he would give us 20% off on our next stay. I kindly told him we would NEVER stay there again. I have taken pictures of all of this.

This was the worst experience of my life. I should have canceled my reservation when the customer in front of me was checking out because of the bad smell in the room. Because we were so tired from our flight, we wanted to give it a chance and decided to take a nap. Before meeting up with family, when we woke up and turned the lights on, there were roaches everywhere, big and small. One was on my skin. Crawling, we packed our stuff and decided to leave. As we walked out of the room, we were hit with a bad smell. We wanted to check out, but the lady in the front refused to help us and stated that we had to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. We came back in the morning; the same guy that checked us in acted like he didn't remember us and refused to give us our refund, even though we watched him refund the couple that was in front of us when we checked in. Needs to say I'll not recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel d'exterieur correct, bon accueil, mais alentours pas rassurants. Equipement basique mais malheureusement nous n'avions plus de courant le matin pour dejeuner. A refaire nous n'y retournerions pas .

It was supposed to be smoke free room and it wasn’t the smell in room 145 was so bad I couldn’t sleep. The smell was thick in the pillows the next morning I asked if I could go to the store and spray the room down and they offered to do it for me and said they would give me new pillows. When I returned the evening the ac was turned on to 61 degrees and no new pillows as promised and couldn’t tell if they sprayed any air neutralizes. Well I only have more more night I thought and I’m out of here but I wake up at 3 in the morning coughing and needing to go to the bathroom turn the light on and cockroaches scattered. I turned the light off grab my phone and do it again and yep! More cockroaches! I was trying t figure out why in the whole room there was only 1 small trash can in the bathroom and it’s probably because they know there was cockroaches. I can no longer sleep! I wait for my husband to get up we check out early and I showed them the photo and video and I get “I’ll talk to the manger and let him know. You ca email him if you want”. Its a dump don’t let the photos fool you.
