Strong recommendation!
We spent 4 nights at Fetz in mid-February 2020. We really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was super clean, cozy and basically brand new. The family running the place were very friendly and were living upstairs. The spa area in the basement was something you rarely see in places like this.
We had a car and drove 15 min to Warth for skiing. There is nothing much to see in Hägerau itself but you can hike and cross-country tracks were also in great condition. A tip: rent your skiis from Holzgau not Warth, they are cheaper there.
The only minor minus is - like in most Austrian places - that ventilation is based on opening the door.
