The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s a good hotel overall. But the design is very weird. It’s like a labyrinth. It’s difficult to find everything and you have to walk around in circles to get to where you need to go. Also, there’s nothing around there. So if you want to go to a restaurant or downtown or anything you have to take a taxi or an Uber. It’s not walking distance to anything. It’s also not far by taxi, but that’s what makes it inconvenience too far to walk and too close to take taxis

Lack of staff and insumes

Everything was excelent , I' m a Interior Designer and Art Director, loved the quality of furniture, interiors and all top materials in all surrowdings. I have only two tips thatbwould give Quality Hotel Blumenau even more quality : - TOWELS ! We are right in the region of the country known by producing the best towels of the country...or the world. Give Quality Hotel FLUFFIER and BIGGER towels. - STAFF . Swimming pools kept all Monday Morning unnatended . We had to ask for a glass of water while breakfast was stiil being served. It was said service was going to be openned at 11...nobody showed up. - STAFF AND SERVICE First day. Checking in. Asked for a beer from the var across the lobby, BellCaptain suggested me to get one on the fridge in my room. For four days Iwas a guest at the hotel, I'd never see a soul in the bar. On the 3.rd day, as I was expecting a friend to come down, saw a couple arriving from outside, asked for some coofee ...there were no capsules avaiable ! I'd say that bar would give some action and liveness to the ever static lobby. Give it a try !!!

Toda estrutura do hotel muito nova e limpa. Unico problema que achei bem grave é o ar condicionado estar localizado bem acima do criado mudo. Ele pingou agua a noite toda e molhou os celulares que estavam carregando. Achei perigoso alem de possivel de danificar os aparelhos.

Sou cliente do hotel há vários anos, porém, nesta última estadia fiquei bastante decepcionada com diversos pontos que ficaram muito abaixo do padrão esperado. Check-in: o procedimento foi demorado e desconfortável, pois os próprios funcionários reclamavam insistentemente sobre problemas no sistema do hotel, o que gerou atraso e má impressão logo na chegada. Piscina: havia excesso de cloro, situação que foi motivo de reclamação de vários hóspedes. No meu caso, não consegui utilizar a piscina, pois o excesso de cloro me causou alergia. Além disso, durante a noite, uma das piscinas estava com a iluminação queimada. Itens do quarto: ao chegar ao quarto, constatei que o sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador estavam vazios. Também notei a ausência de um bidê ao lado da cama, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia. Cortina do quarto: encontrava-se rasgada e com vários furos, permitindo a entrada excessiva de claridade. Serviço de jantar no quarto: solicitei o jantar no quarto e, conforme orientação recebida, deixei os pratos do lado de fora da porta após a refeição. No entanto, os pratos permaneceram ali por mais de 15 horas. Fui embora do hotel e, até esse momento, ninguém havia feito a retirada.
