Absolutely loved our stay, host was super friendly and loved our 2 connecting rooms, had a spa bath in bathroom and our own private deck. The pool and spa pool were incredible and loved the sea views. Nice and clean, we will definitely be back.

The advertising shows sea views which are not available from the lettable area, but are available from communal spaces. While the property itself is modern in appearance, the room we had was dated and in need of maintenance virtually on all surfaces. The mould on the ceiling in the toilet/bath room is intolerable and given the amount of dust on plants in that room, it clearly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned for some time. Although plastic plates and glassware is provided, there is no kitchenette so presumably dishes need to be done in the bathroom. The small old Jim Beam beer fridge in the main room had chicken wrapped in tin foil left in it, which again points toward a casual approach to thorough housekeeping. The curtains in the main room are not wide enough for the window and to compensate, a see-through roller blind has been installed to fill the gap. The is little privacy in the shower at night as the external wall is constructed from glass blocks, although a narrow roller blind is installed. Beware that the space is essentially a spare room/area within the home owners house (shared entrance) and to that end, it is not a private accommodation option. We were “upgraded” to a space with a second bedroom and double bed (a rollaway for the second bed was expected) which was nice, and certainly the property is very close to the city CBD. While the price point is favourable, this is very much a case of getting what you pay for unfortunately and we would not stay again.

We love the place, its clean, the area is oerfext for a little get away from home. Our kids loved the pool, the spa pool and yhe bubble bath. Service was excellent. Big area, kids had fun they didnt eveb have time to play in the trampoline. Very quiet neighborhood too. We parked in the property so that was nice too.

Despite booking and arriving very late in the evening, Melissa was super friendly, welcoming and the communication was fabulous - the first call came right after booking to confirm. I loved the personal touches with welcoming signs at the entry and the relaxed atmosphere within the home. The nature of our trip meant we had to come and go and the host’s understanding made all the difference to the level of comfort my family enjoyed whilst there. Booked for 6 people, arrived around 3:30 pm & got informed, the property is full no room for us, she forgot to blocked Expedia & hadn’t got her phone for 4 hours .... Frustrating! Disappointing ! I would not consider & recommend this property.
