They very kindly let us check in early, though our family room for 4 people only had 3 beds. Luckily our youngest was small enough to sleep in with us. It’s clean and has a cool decor, only 30 mins from BKK but there’s nothing really around. Great price and ideal for what we needed

I really enjoyed the stay and the staff couldnt have been more welcoming or helpful. The snack bar was a useful addition for light meals. This is just me, but it was a little far out from Bangkok for travellers wanting to go into tge City often but well located for the airport. TV channel choice was exceptional with tins of English and foreign language channels as standard.

This was a fine choice as an inexpensive airport hotel. BKK was 25 mins away by Grab. There was a 7-11 literally steps away from the front door so we got dinner there one night since there really isn’t restaurant life in the vicinity. The front desk staff were efficient but not friendly, but we didn’t really need them to be. There’s a cafe on the lobby floor but it was not cheap. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep when going back to your country, this option worked well.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was excellent and helpful. The on-site restaurant isn't great depending on what you get (don't get the steak). I will definitely stay here again.

Good for quick stop between flights

A very quick stop due to delay on flights, so only here for a matter of hours. Hood hotel however I booked for 5 people and emailed the hotel in advance to make sure additional bed was put in, and it wasnt.

Value for the money

This is not the Ritz. But for the amount you pay, you get a fantastic deal. Nice staff who are very helpful. I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door for the entire stay, so housekeeping would hang all the necessities on my door every day. Very nice move. There is a 7 eleven right next door and the location is convenient both towards city center and the airport. The gym was a big disappointment and looked nothing like the pictures. But again, for the amount you pay you can’t expect much more. Would definitely stay here again in the future
