"Beautiful hotel in an ideal location , close to most areas in Beirut "

"Check in was impressively smooth thanks to the gentleman at reception who handled everything perfectly. After a long and exhausting flight all I wanted was quick procedures so I could move on and he delivered. I dropped my luggage in the room and went down to the bar for a bite. It was simple but actually very good. When I returned to the room there was a strong mould or fungal smell. "Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stündigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde.
