This was our second stay at Quest Watergardens. We chose a 1 bedroom room so we had the flexibility of space for my husband who would needs to work remotely sometimes during the night. The room was perfect for that.

Front desk was closed when we arrived but on-site manager came right down when we called, highly recommend for an easy stay near Melbourne when roadtripping. I really liked having a kitchenette. Cooking meals was a big bonus. One thing I didn't like is I couldn't figure out the nespresso machine. So I stuck to the instant coffee they supply. You can fill up on filtered water in the lobby. They do sell bags of chips, wine, beer, and soda in the lobby. Everything was very clean. Very nice staff.
The exterior photos in the listing were misleading, as they appeared to show the golf club rather than the actual accommodation location. We also noticed a few small cockroaches in the kitchen.
Since there were only two of us staying, the second bedroom was locked, which made us feel a little uncomfortable and somewhat distrusted.
Other than these issues, the stay was generally fine.
I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that.
