"We recently stayed at Novotel Brisbane Airport and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was extremely professional and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day of travel. Everything was well presented and maintained to a high standard.
The restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and a special thank you to Shalvin in the kitchen for doing such a great job. Your effort and quality didn’t go unnoticed!
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
