"Nice hotel for a one night stop. Spacious room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
Tasty complementary breakfast, limited but nice,
There’s a restaurant directly across the road which is convenient if you want a few drinks or dinner as there’s not much else around."
"Building and frontage is looking a bit tired, rooms, parking and reception were fine.
More of a business hotel, but easy to get a cab into town and the bus back.
Breakfast was good, but the eggs were pre-cooked and cold, every day. Coffee and OJ was excellent."
"Great parking garage with plenty of interior height. Well lighted and attractive. The room was great. Had a large TV good Internet, comfortable bed high quality linens."
"This hotel is perfect for a traveler with nearness to highway and very simple checkin and rooms. The pub was perfect for an evening drink after a hard drive and the food was very good as well, service at bar great. "
"Lovely place to stay in a great location in Vitoria. Recommend for a stay for a few nights. Excellent service and very kind staff. Rooms aren’t spacious but they do the job. Great value for money and they even sell craft beers at reception. "
"The hotel is well located and easy to get to from the train station. The staff that were there when we arrived were amazing. Friendly, professional and helpful. It was clean and has a nice relaxed feeling to it. Although small the room was more than adequate for a short stay. The only downside was that our room was uncomfortably hot. No a/c and as it's on a busy road it's too noisy to keep the window open. There was a fan in the room but is wall mounted and badly positioned so provides no...
"Lovely parador and location. Friendly efficient reception staff. Unfortunate interaction with one member of staff at the bar who seemed unwilling to engage with people would could not speak Spanish."
"This boutique hotel is owned and managed by a husband and wife team whose attention to detail is evident throughout the property. At check‑in, they walked me through the history of the building and the extensive renovation they undertook themselves. The rooms were spotless, beautifully appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The property sits in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet it’s only about a 15‑minute drive to Vitoria."

Good functional place, if a little soulless. Comfortable bed and sheets. Good shower. Wish there was real shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and enough coffee in the kitchen for the full stay. Was also a little too pricey.
El hotel es sumamente comodo, limpio y seguro. Se encuentra en una zona muy hermosa y arbolada, cerca de supermercados y servicios de transporte. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y el personal realmente te hace sentir que estas en casa.
Apartment style hotel. Good sized, comfortable rooms. We did not cook but the unit had a cook top and seemed to have all the cooking supplies you'd need. If you are facing the main street it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and nearby cafes but it's only an issue if the windows are open. There's a laundry facility that you pay via and app that was much appreciated and the machines worked well. The hotel has onsite parking with a typically tight Spanish parking garage. There is a public lot...
A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! Highly recommend! Muchas gracias!
