"The property is beautiful from the time you step into the Hotel. The room was very nice and spacious for two people. We stayed in room 2194 and the view was over the Asian restaurant. The Bell caos were on point everyday. The club area was very nice. Let me finish by telling you about the Breakfast Buffet. Awesome. The team and Management Staff get av5 Star across everything. "

"Decent room for couple of nights stay.. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful and cooperative. Room cleanliness was not up to the expectation.. It was noisy with the renovation going on in the hotel and the traffic on the main road. "

"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, responsive and always willing to help. A special thank you to Joel for his excellent customer service. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. I appreciate the support and would be happy to stay here again."

"Excellent value !!"

"I had a great stay at the IBIS BKC. I had some work in the consulate and the place couldn’t be more accessible. The staff are extremely friendly and amiable. They also have a cab service to the consulate you can avail at a cost. I missed the breakfast buffet because of my appointment but the staff made sure there were fruits and other bakery items available. The concierge desk is extremely professional and well trained. Will definitely recommend this stay for anyone having errands in the...

"The room itself was good, but the hotel surrounding and inside of it is pretty emty and scary, you won't see anybody but some drunk people roaming inside the hotel. It felt little insafe to be honest"

"Staff at front desk very rude"

"町中でしたが、たくましいガードマンもいて、安心して過ごせます。"

"Great helpful personal, gave me good advice, Very clean room, comfortable bed, happy with breakfast, 10 minutes to walk to railway-station Santacruz 15 minutes from the airport"

"Great for family use, business use. Firstly there are enough space. Secondary staffs behave with tenderness."

"No clear check out time, customers were checking out as they pleased (i.g. 11 am, 11.30am, 11.45am, 12am) and whoever had booked the rooms, they would give them the room after someone checked out so it took them from 5 mins - 50 mins to prepare the room. saw them give a walk-in customer a room before me even though I had arrived earlier at the room. "

"Our experience at MyOtel Santacruz was phenomenal. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. The staff was warm, curteous, helpful and just plain nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Even the guardsmen at the gate were nice. Id go back there again and highly recommend it to my friends and family."
