"Had a great time staying at this hotel, staff were really helpful, friendly, helped with a late luggage by speaking to the airline. Breakfast service was fantastic, more items would make it even better. Location is great next to t1 tram line, which takes you to all the key spots in Istanbul. Would stay here again."

"I was designated a smokers room after saying I did not smoke the girl on reception was so unhelpful as she said I basically had to stay in it, you could taste the smoke it was disgusting and I would have walked on the booking but I spoke to the manager who was helpful to give me another room, much better and a few on the house beverages to apologise which is why I feel a 4 star is validated as the actual management were good, they need to train their young staff a bit better. I do love Hilton Hotels so will continue to go back"
