"We love this hotel, it is our go to place when staying in Munich or even passing through the muc airport. The breakfast is amazing. Check in and out is so easy. The Mountain Spa is family friendly and great for kids to unwind. We used it as a family day for our family to reconnect while traveling. I would only say the problem we had was our power kept going out in the room, like a blown fuse or something. We will definitely come here again. Thank you for your amazing hotel."

"The only things I liked about my stay were the breakfast and the location, especially the staff working during breakfast time, who were helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The other staff members were not helpful, and I had to take care of my own luggage. Even the reception staff were acting strangely during check-in, which I was not expecting at all. Overall, I would say the breakfast and location were the only positive aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience did not meet my expectations."

"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, centrally located and only a few Minutes walk from Munich hbf. Hotel was clean, mini bar in our room was well stocked with complimentary soft drinks. Our only criticism was that the pillows were very soft, and when we asked reception for more we were told there were no extras available. We had to use towels to prop up our pillows which I wouldn’t expect from any hotel!"
