"It was the best decision to book this hotel. We were here for the first two nights of our Vietnam trip and the whole team was so nice and friendly! Especially Jimmy was our personal hero. He planned every trip for us and booked trains, busses and so on. Doesn’t matter which time, we could ask him and he helped us immediately. When we came back from the north after one week we had to spend half a day in Hanoi again and they were so kind to store our luggage, we got towels to take a shower and got a free breakfast. The staff went above and beyond—at one point, they even offered to take my wife by bike to pick up a pizza from Domino’s! That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and close to everything you need. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety and thoughtful touches. For our early departure, they prepared a customized breakfast box, which was incredibly convenient. While the bathroom could use a little updating, the overall experience was fantastic thanks to the warm hospitality and central location.
