"If you sleep on your side, the pillows are horrible. Very puffy and they have no other pillows. So you can’t put your head on the pillow. "

"Proximity to the airport was great, the restaurant was very good. The beds of course were comfy. It was quiet, didn’t hear outside traffic or air traffic However, the rooms look worn, bathrooms were small. In our room on the 11th room, the toilet handle kept slapping in to the top which was very loose and didn’t seem to fit properly. The rugs in the hallway on the 8th floor definitely need to be replaced. They were warped and taped down, could do better for the price they’re charging per night. The room isn’t fancy pretty generic. "

"Don't be put off by the exterior which I believe will undergo a freshening soon. The rooms are all updated beautifully, quiet and sparkling clean with all the usual amenities. The staff were lovely and helpful. The free airport shuttle is a bonus. Breakfast is free and although nothing special, it is filling. 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby and rooms was a great add on. No bottled water in the rooms though. There is nothing of interest in the area and no hotel restaurant. However it's perfect for a pre or post flight for the night. I will stay there again."

"Excellent location and clean, spacious rooms. Comfy beds (slept like a log!). Would definitely stay here again, especially if I had meetings in the Queen's Park, University Avenue area. Breakfast good too."
