Excellent hotel .. staff is very friendly and food was real good

The hotel had so many beautiful details (patterned marble flooring, statues, fou tains, paintings, carved panels,.etc). The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be attentive and friendly/welcoming. We would like to especially mention Biplab for checking in with us each time we saw him and offering us a tour of the grounds. Also chef Uday and the entire staff of al fresco dining. This hotel is very clean and pleasant ambience inside. Hotel staff were exceptionally good and courteous. Breakfast food is very delicious and have all Indian and western items. Staff were very attentive and they make sure you taste all kinds of foods. I was thrilled when cook came to me asked what do I like to eat and he is ready to make it for me. Good job Avasa.

Great stay

Excellent stay. Super awesome and generous staff. I had a late checkin (next day checkin) early morning checkin, they accommodated. The staff helped me get a ride to the airport, they were helpful to provide a late checkout as well (ofcourse subject to availability). The food was awesome. Breakfast is included and is delicious. Overall great experience and would recommend anyone.

Internet needs an improvement WiFi keeps fluctuating however Staff was so helpful they provided LAN connectivity. Thanks
