"We really enjoyed our stay! Staff were really friendly, everything was great. We stayed for 5 days and didn't have any complaints. The last night, we did have some very loud neighbors shutting the door loudly and just obnoxious knocking on each others' doors but that's not the hotel's fault. Just inconsiderate guests. We didn't add the breakfast option so not sure how that was. The pool is small but quiet and calm - relaxing. The hotel itself is in a great location - everything is pretty much walking distance (if you don't mind walking/exploring on foot of course). We would definitely stay here again! Recommending this place to family and friends. "

"Staffs here are wonderful, Phương and Hải were quick and attentive to us during our check-in. Our rooms were upgrade free of charge- That was very nice- The hotel was very accommodating regarding keeping our luggage’s for us over the next few days while we had checked-out and came back several days later- The best part was, since we had to leave early (2am) to the airport, the staffs had our breakfast boxed up including our coffees for us to take away- This was considerate of them- Thank you Liberty Hotel- Your exceptional service is the main reason I come back and stay with you whenever I visit Viet Nam! I highly recommend this hotel for your stays!!! "

"Grand Hotel Du Lac is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Kati Ng is specially helpful and always goes out of her way to help us out booking our activities she even brought us Pomelo after finding out that we love fruits- she is such a lovely lady. It is our 3rd time staying at tbis hotel. We keep because the staff is genuinely cares about their guest. "

"The whole experience was perfect. Staff was so accomodating, they helped us carry the luggages up the stairs, beautiful welcome treats and detailed check-in instruction, the hotel interior itself has won many awards, the room is warm and clean, it has everything we need during our stay. Staff offered to keep our luggage after check-out until we were ready to head to airport. They even offer afternoon tea and access to shower and pool when we have checked out. The short walk to everything was also a bonus point. We look forward to be back."
