I was there just for one short overnight stay, but I was really impressed with the hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and the staff were great. And the breakfast was excellent! You can order from an "ala carte buffet" menu which is kind of interesting, and all the items I ordered -- from typical Western bakery items and egg dishes to spicy Laksa -- were outstanding. Definitely consider this property when choosing a hotel in the area!

Stayed here for my honeymoon & it was wonderful! We really enjoyed the pool & workout center. The shower was amazing. It was really clean & staff very friendly

It’s quiet and accessible

Centrally located, great free buffet breakfast, room was very nicely appointed—a perfect base from which to explore Singapore…I would stay again in a heartbeat…. A great hotel to stay in close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Great breakfast and very convenient for all transportation

Nice hotel in a great location. We love the Orchard Road area. The breakfast is very nice. We did not eat dinner there so can't comment on that. The standard rooms are smallish but well laid out. They were fine for our purpose as we did not spend much time in our room other than sleeping. I would certainly stay there again and would send my friends there.

Easy access to MRT makes it a great location to explore the city from.

The hotel is connected via pathway to the Novena MRT station so it is very easy to get around Singapore. The only thing I did not like was that the wall between the rooms are thin, I could hear things from the next door.

Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially when I arrived feeling very unwell. The property is clean, with all the amenities we needed. Location is great, plenty of food and shopping options all within walking distance. Bus stop is close too. Loved it here and would love to be back.

Clean, good facilities, convenient, all I could ask for. Only downside is that it is sometimes noisy in the lobby because of large tourist groups.

Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations everything went very smoothly. I have never gotten such fast service when u called house keeping , room service, concierge etc. they were "spot on". It was an excellent stay and when I return to Singapore I'll be at the Riverview for sure. Location is fantastic for night life. You can walk to so many places. Perfect in my estimation in every way.

This is a beautiful property and very conveniently located to a lot of attractions, food, shopping, and even a casino. It's also not too far from the beach. This is definitely more of a touristy location as opposed to staying in the city and getting a more local experience. But I loved it! It was super hot when we came so we spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool area is beautiful and so much room to spread out. I would highly recommend this place!

Walking distance to Siloso and Palawan beaches!

Great location!

Stunning views from club level. Beautiful, well appointed room. The arrival drink and pre-dinner aperitif were nice touches. Fantastic location sandwiched between picturesque Chinatown and the business district. Would definitely stay here again and feel that paying extra for the club level room was well worth it.

Property was well maintained and accessible to all and everything we needed to do. The MRT and the bus stations are around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful by every means. Will stay at this place again.
