"A great sized clean room with a separate living area. The staff were very attentive. Judging by the quality of the breakfast I wished I had had dinner there. For the location and quality this was exceptional value."

" Average hotel but no more. Impossible to find parking place. Spa is smallest I've ever seen. They charge 60 leva for 100cl cognac but doesn't evet have glasses. TV on lodge vas troubling and we said several times but nobody even bothered. Only good thing was the restaurant and food was very good. Overall hotel is not worth even 2 stars "

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"
