The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!

Sense is located near all the best sights in Sofia, and transportation to/from the airport is roughly ~30 BVL. The check-in receptionists were all very friendly and quick to help suggest sights to visit and restaurants to eat in. My husband and I added Bulgaria to our honeymoon last minute and weren’t expecting much. We arrived exhausted at 6am via bus and were greeted with excellent service at thus hotel! Great service, they helped me to arrange a taxi in the middle of the night, as I had a to fly eraly morning. When they found out I was leaving at that time they organized for me a lunch box for the way.

This hotel has everything. It's clean, quiet, spacious, everything works, the staff are particularly helpful and the breakfasts are varied and plentiful. All rooms have either a balcony or a bay window. Even the location is good, being just a 5 minute walk from the bus and railway stations and a 10 minute walk into the centre of the city.
