"The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Shinjuku which we really liked. The room has all the amenities we need although it’s quite small. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was frozen food that had to be microwaved, but was tasty especially the soup and Japanese option. There are food options and family marts nearby. From the hotel, we could either take the bus to Shinjuku west station or the subway. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. "

Lots of food options, nearby supermarket, airport limousine stop and tokyo characters store. 10mins walk to Ikebukuro Station and have quite a few major lines. Room size is alright. Overall would stay if travel to Tokyo."

It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. "Shinjuku is lively and hotel groove sits right in the middle of it all. It’s right across the street from the seibu Shinjuku private line trains and a 10min walk to Shinjuku Station. Hotel was very modern, clean, and the city views from the room were breathtaking."
