"We missed the breakfast because we had an early flight and left the hotel at 6:30am. Breakfast was offered from 7:00am.
I think the reason why most people stay at an airport hotel is because of an early flight, so why not serve from 6:00-10:00am?
Otherwise, it would appear that the hotel might still be under construction."
"En general todo bien. El servicio de limpieza de cuartos muy bien, la alberca muy bien. La gente del buffet, la que prepara los huevos, quesadilla y sirve los frijoles y chilaquiles muy bien, pero los meseros no son malos, son lo que le sigue, malos para atender, pero lo peor es que te quieren cobrar a medio desayuno, muy incomodo, lo hacen sentir a uno como si fuera un delincuente, a medio comer que si les podía pagar el buffet, estaba quedando en el hotel, no me iba a fugar, pero parecía que estaba huyendo, muy mal realmente mal."
"I loved my stay at Plaza Chapala Hotel! The location is two blocks to the Malecon, the rooms are nice and the breakfast was wonderful. I loved the garden! I drank my coffee and read a book there every morning. "
