The staff was very kind and friendly both at check in and check out. The city itself is wonderful and the hotel is very accesible to the city center (about a block away). I would definitely stay here again in Košice.
Cute hotel, nice jacuzzi bathtub, comfortable bed, but fyi it is a self-check in hotel so there is no staff and the door to enter after hours is a bit tricky to find, however staff was nice to help us with sending detailed instructions on how to check in so there were no issues
The location was super convenient to both the bus station and the old city. Also, the breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. Finally, we had an issue with the air conditioner and the staff ultimately moved us to another room, which we appreciated.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable and particularly helpful. The hotel has a boutique feel. The room’s furnishings and appointments were nicely done great condition. You can tell they pay attention to detail.
Recommend this hotel as I have been traveling Europe and this place stands out in quality at a fair price.

This hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for 3 days. Everything was clean as well. Everything is basically within walking distance. There is always someone at the front desk which is also a plus.
