The location was great. Easy, safe parking!

Loved the place . The breakfast buffet was 25 dollars per person food was cold not worth 25 per person 100 dollars for family of 4 for cold food Other than that great place . Don’t recommend the breakfast

Great place to stay and an easy parking garage to find. On the down side, there were a couple stairs to get luggage from the car to the elevator! That was the only down side though.

Great stay for visitors visiting downtown businesses. Very walkable! Great restaurants nearby and Walgreens is very convenient. Starbucks on site

Staff (Eboni) was very helpful and courteous checking in.

The only the negative is the tv wasn’t working. I called the front desk to let them know and she never sent anyone to fix it. Other than that the stay was good. The room was nice and clean. And it was next to restaurants

Perfect location for overnight stay and grizzlies game

Customer service was 10/10. Friendly staff and the room was clean. Stayed there twice during my trip to Louisiana. Will be back again! My only push is more toiletries.

The breakfast was amazing!! The room was one of the nicest, most chic, dope rooms I’ve ever stayed in!!

Right next to the Orpheum which was perfect because we were in Memphis to watch Mama Mia. 3 minute walk from the Hyatt to the Orpheum.

The food is the restaurant did not taste good. I took it to go to my room. It was fresh but didn’t taste good at all. I had to throw it all away. BB King Club/Restaurant had excellent food. Also Expedia didn’t tell me the hotel holds $100 for incidentals which is higher than any hotel I hade ever stayed at. Including New York. Also the mini bar automatically charges you for anything you pick up to look at. It’s all on censors so you can’t look to see what is in their bags of candy without being...

The whole atmosphere is beautiful. Our hotel was so cozy and bed was so comfortable!

Great location for all the entertainment downtown. The room was very clean with modest amount of amenities. Pool was a little small but fitness room was very nice. Good value compared to other hotels in area.

Location

Very nice property. The hotel was nice and clean. We felt safe. There was carriage rides near the hotel and bikes to use. The staff at the desk was excellent as well as the valets. Great barbecue restaurant called the rendezvous very close.

The only bad thing was the pool was closed for 2 days we were there due to it needed to be shocked due to some algae from some of the people that were staying there.

Property was clean and consistent with other courtyard properties in downtown areas. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was nice and bed was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Love that the little dining area has Starbucks and healthy breakfast options. Off site parking was close by and easy to get to. Will definitely be staying here again.
