"The room, hallway or whole building had mold in it somewhere. My wife and I have sensitive allergies to it and were sniffling and coughing the entire time we were there. Once we left the property, it stopped. The sink in the room was backed up, the curtain wasn’t long enough so a lot of light would leak in when they were closed, and the door wouldn’t always open with the key. It would flash green, then get stuck when the handle was turned down. We also requested a fist floor room weeks in advance, but that couldn’t be accommodated even though the hotel didn’t look nearly ‘full’. "

"We had a great stay. The staff were awesome. Had a few hiccups in the beginning of our stay, they were addressed right away. Breakfast every morning made to order and delicious, we also enjoyed happy hour. Pool was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"It was odd not having a personal front desk receptionist to check you in. The front desk receptionist was in a remote location. Although he was pleasant during the check in process. I’d have concerns regarding safety. As a woman traveling alone, I’d have concerns. The front desk person is the first to trouble shoot for any potential problem. There is no one to police the lobby if any unwanted guest decides to come into the building and do harm. "

"Pool equipment is all broken. Even the blocks around the pool are loose and if stepped on the edge wrong could cause injury. I have video evidence backing all claims. Gym is just bare and basic. The flat bench that is there wobbles and feels like its going to break and all rusted up. There were multiple floors that got flooded with water and hallways were soaked. Then they brought in fans to dry and the floors smelled moldy..everytime i came back to my room it was moist and musty smelling. Anywhere you park outside all the trees nearby leave pollen and leafs all over making your rental dirty fast. If you have a courtyard balcony dont waste you're time opening it because the buildings LOUD AC units above the main lobby.. honestly.. worst vacation motel experience and it was my first time flying and going to florida.. much more to add.."

"Clean and quiet. Continental breakfast is very minimal. Toilet got clogged in the room but condition of room & hotel was good. Would stay again"

"This was an awful place to stay. Fitness center was non existent and closed but was listed as an amenity. The room was dated, old and dirty. The remote to the tv was sticky. There was mold on the shower curtain and the tvs did not work. The carpeting throughout the building was stained. I would NOT stay at this facility. "

"The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel staff were very kind and and helpful. The property was in need of some repair and was older than the pictures online showed. The location was convenient and next to CVS so we could pick up things we needed for travel."
