Great location right off highway with anything you can need close by. Clean, comfy, spacious room with attentive, kind & articulate staff. Good coffee all the time in lobby. Great breakfast till 10am, eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, pastries, oatmeal, cereal and real fruit. Gym was kept up & nice enough with a mat, free weights, balls, treadmills, elliptical, reg bike & peloton bike! Pool was shaded, in the parking lot just a regular square outdoor hotel pool. Plenty of parking felt safe & lots...

Elevator does not work

We asked for & got a handicap room which was very nice

We had our friends meet us in lobby and it was wonderful staff was great

All in all this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were extremely happy with our stay, the room, the staff, etc. My husband's only complaint was the pillows they were not very firm.

The property was new, but the 19 avenue exposure resulted in noisy traffic at times.

Excellent facility, great complimentary breakfast and friendly people. Not sure about Hotels.com's low price guarantee and who it benefits, my hotel receipt for the 1 night stay was $171.27 but Hotel.com charged my credit card $201.50

The only critique I have is that the bistro closes at 9am and doesnt open til 5. I had morning calls that ended at 9 and wasnt able to get anything but grabn go for the rest of the day. Maybe 10am would be a little more guest friendly?
