"1) Upon arrival 3 rooms were not confirmed. 2) After confirmation, reception guy said there is no kitchen in any room (website says with kitchen also i requested for kitchen for at least one room out of 3 as my parents cook their own food. 3) no AC in one of the room as says AC rooms. 4) only 3 towels provided between 8 people. 5) rooms were not clean. 6) found ash trays and some smoke smells in non smoking rooms."

"It's a scam. Front staff offers filthy rooms in a different building upon arrival. There is no breakfast on site. Do not recommend to anyone. "

"The service was top notch. The room was very clean but needs an upgrade. New carpeting, and replacing the twin beds with double beds would make a marked difference and align with modern luxury standards. "

"This hotel is located next to a busy market street with full of roadside noises all night long. Rooms were unkept, after checking 3 more rooms we settled for one as we needed to spend a night only. Front office staff was inexperienced and didn’t collect all the documents even we handed over to them. Food choices are limited and buffet was served in broken and cracked pots. Sorry to Taj group name associated with it but we will never visit another ginger hotel anywhere else."
