Really nice, clean, short walk distance to Walmart and a gas station. Stage was ver kind and professional. Took care of all my needs.

The breakfast was very good, room super clean, friendly staff, quick check in/out. My only complaint is that the sound isolation between the rooms isn’t very good, so we heard, you know, some noises coming from our neighbors during the night. But I definitely recommend this place.

This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Sarasota with a fantastic lobby and walking distance to just about anything. The lobby has a great vibe with a larger elegant bar and the staff is fantastic at check in. The rooms carry that modern vibe without being too much to get in the way of the experience. Good room lotsa space very little seating for breakfast

This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Great location for business travelers. Plenty of eateries and shopping close by. Was glad to be close to LA Fitness gym. Everything I need is here. Service is great, rooms well cared for. My place to stay when I come to Sarasota for business.

We loved the hotel. Did not expect a Hampton Inn to be in a historic hotel building. It was beautiful! Our room was lovely and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The details and furnishings were appropriate for the age and elegance of the building. It was not at all what we expected from a chain hotel. It was a wonderful surprise and experience!

The Hotel is clean and has been updated. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Staff was verry friendly too.

We didn’t realize this hotel was BRAND NEW when we booked it. Literally open for a week and a half! I was blown away with how nice this hotel was, especially for the price! It was very kid friendly, had special touches & the staff was on point! Also worth adding, THE POOL AREA & THE VIEW WAS GORGEOUS! The kids loved seeing the boats and water. Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

Fantastic amenities. Pool with cabanas and plentiful outdoor seating we’re superb. Great fire pit and grills too. Proximity to a Nathan Benderson park was a major plus, the couple of minutes walk to the park was great. Provided a great option for early morning walk or jog in a gorgeous setting. Plus loved that there were nearby food and shopping options. Only drawback about a 30 minutes drive to Siesta Key or Lido beaches.

Advertised hot full breakfast is not happening due to Covid. It would have been nice to know that beforehand.

So impressed with our stay at this hotel. Love that they have spacious room updated and love that they provide a good choice of soap. And not to mention a great complimentary breakfast. Very well kept hotel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Its very clean from the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their bathrooms. The breakfast was very good. They offer hot food i.e. eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast or pancakes. They also have cereals, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt.
