Hotels in Indian River Bluff

We only spent one night at the hotel, on our way to Port Canaveral. Everything was great though we did not hear if there was a breakfast provided or available.

The hotel is small and right on the beach. It's not for everyone, but was perfect for us. I call it a cottage not a room. Very spacious living room (with a huge tv) and bedroom with a small kitchen and bath. The kitchen was well supplied. Perfect for the beach day! We were looking for a quiet place on the beach and we found it. The beach was nice. We went for long beach days and this was perfect. The couple who owned the hotel were very nice. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Room was clean. Room to park. AC worked Staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed for one night with 2 rooms. The check in staff was very quick and courteous. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a large variety and everything was very clean.

We chose it for closeness to the airport and closeness to the friends we were visiting.

The irrigation needs to be adjusted to avoid wetting passersby. Walkways through the lawns from the parking lot to the hotel are needed.

My family is just about to check out of this fabulous place and we are already talking about our next visit. The room (coco suite) was always clean and had everything we needed to allow us to unplug and spend some hassle free beach time together. It was great (take note dads) not having to worry about parking at the beach and carrying all of our stuff several blocks. We just woke up, ate breakfast in our cute little kitchen and walked the thirty or so steps to one of the nicest segments of cocoa...

Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Checked in found room and necessities to be clean, modern and well stocked. It was an enjoyable stay. Personnel were friendly, Professional and attentive.

I want to use words like "quaint" and "charming," but I don't want the reader to interpret those words negatively. This is an old Florida hotel, but they have made some nice upgrades. When I say quaint and charming I mean it in a positive way. With only 11 units, even when they are completely booked there aren't a lot of guests on the grounds. Most of these beach-side resorts are so spread out that if you get a room near the beach you have to walk forever to get to the pool, and vice versa. Oh,...

Nice and pleasant staff. Relaxing environment. Great location.

We were on a road trip just looking for a place to spend the night. We booked online and even though we arrived late and the office was alredy closed, we got our keys and were also able to leave before the office opened. Inside we found a lovely little house perfekt to prepare some dinner and more than enough space to sleep. Thanks for a very nice stay, I can recommend it to anyone!! (If you plan to stay longer than one night you schoud know, that the beach is only a ew steps away)

I absolutely adored this location, it was perfect for a solo couple day getaway. It was quiet, secluded and close to all the things I was looking to do. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property as always is 10 My problem is i was charged $29.96 for not reason from the front desk I’ve been trying to communicate with the hotel and nobody answered

Great place to stay!

We were in town visiting relatives for 5 days and this worked out as a relatively inexpensive place. Our room was clean and quiet. The location is convenient to airport, many shops and restaurants and not far from the beach and our family.
