Most cleanest and friendliest atmosphere in a hotel !

We've stayed here a couple of times now and we have always had a great experience with service. The suite gives plenty of space to work at times and has been quiet the times I've been here. I don't usually do the breakfast so I don't have much to say about that. The only thing that can get confusing on arrival is the entrance to the property. You have to go through a Denny's at a very awkward corner and at times there is so much traffic from an adjacent restaurant that it's difficult to get...

I first noticed the exterior and interior was very clean. It looked and felt safe. The amenities were standard. There was someone around when i needed help. I had trouble with my fridge. I had IMMEDIATE help and an Immediate follow up on my satisfaction with it. The bed was comfortable plenty of nice aoft pillows that were not old and flat.. I had plenty of pillows. Towels were one set per person. One hand, medium and semi large towel. Housekeeping will change them out daily with cleaning. ...

Great Hotel at a reasonable price. The staff was great. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff and food at the restaurant were awesome.

This hotel was very modern and gorgeous. The interior design was flawless. Beautifully hotel. The room was small but it was perfect . Had everything we needed and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I had a perfec nights sleep. The lady at the front desk Aliyah was so pleasant it was icing on the cake!!!

Very nice and peaceful stay convenient to food

The bartender Lorena was great. Very friendly. Although new and learning the job, she was more than willing to figure it out.

We enjoyed the location. At checkin we were told they did not have the type of room available that we had booked but they up graded our room and gave us a free breakfast for the two of us. We will definitely stay again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The only place to stay when you’re visiting Houston. Great staff.

If I come back to this property, I will ask for Stacey Potts to handle my reservation. She was very accommodating, and the hotel had several nice amenities. It’s a good area, and I needed to be near the NRG for my travel plans. Will definitely be back!
